When our customers call in to our stores here at Nickell Rental, we focus on their project and on exactly what they need to get to their end goals. Whether that end goal is greener grass or getting a pizza delivered, we strive to help our customers in any way that we can even if it’s not our specialty. In our team member training, we focus highly on our core values and implementing the importance of caring for our customers and their projects, regardless of what they are. It's all fun and games between our team... so our Support Branch Manager, Hope Harris decided to put this to the test in a fun-loving way. She randomly called one of our stores, disguised as a customer, to see how they would respond to an unusual request! She got Chuck from our HIram store. And Chuck's response is, well.. pretty awesome!
