Don't forget our weekend tool rental specials allow an extras day of use for only 10% more.

Delivery

We carry trailers for many of our rental items, but all of our equipment can be delivered and picked up at your convenience. Click HERE for delivery rates.

Rates

Hourly Rental = 4 Hour Minimum (Available on most items)
Daily Rental = 24 Hours (Varies on weekends and holidays)
Weekly Rental = 7 Consecutive Days
Monthly Rental = 28 Consecutive Days (4 weeks)
Weekend Rental = Only 10% More than the 24 Hour rate (Friday PM to Monday AM)

Rental Period

The rental period begins at the time the equipment is rented and continues until the equipment is returned to us and the customer gets their receipt. This includes Saturdays, Sundays, & Holidays. In the event of mechanical failure, please contact us immediately so we can make any necessary time adjustments as well as get your unit fixed or replaced.

Convenient Fueling Options

All rental equipment is rented with a full tank of fuel. You have the option to either return the equipment full of fuel or pay a flat fuel charge.

Terms

All equipment rental fees are due in advance. We accept Cash, Personal & Company Checks, & all Major Credit Cards. Commercial Accounts are available. If you are interested in opening a commercial rental account, please ask for an application.

Identification

Driver’s License along with a 2nd I.D., preferably a major credit card. Register as a new customer HERE

Damage Waiver Coverage (DWC)

Damage Waiver Coverage is a special service we offer all our equipment rental customers. The fee for this coverage is 12% of the “Rental Fee”. This fee will cover any accidental damage that may occur while the equipment is being rented. Damage Waiver does not cover misuse, abuse, flat tires, vandalism, gross negligence or theft. Insurance

Once the equipment leaves our yard, the customer is completely responsible for it until they return it to us and get their receipt. Our insurance does not cover equipment while it is in the customer’s possession. Contact your insurance agent for coverage. In the case of loss of the equipment, the customer will be billed for the list price of the lost item plus rental incurred until time of settlement. The customer must provide us with a copy of the police report on any stolen equipment.
